overlooking the front yard.  A winder stair leads to two bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, each with French
door access to the optional balcony.  The upstairs has a large buddy bath, opening to the master and to

Urban Cottage Plans
Almost every block in the 4th Ward originally had some sort
of shop on it.   As times changed, many of these buildings
were repurposed as residential homes.  This masonry
building is meant to evoke a historic corner shop which has
been converted to into two residences.  Each unit has two
floors with double decker porches and rooftop balconies with
skyine views.  610A is the front unit, with a front entrance and
private front yard.  610B will have a side entrance and a
large private back yard.   Each home is lined with French
doors leading to the porches from the living room, and from
each bedroom.  The loft style downstairs are wide open with
12’ ceilings.
